About The AP Calculus Professor

Why I do what I do — and how I help students succeed

What I Do

I help motivated high school students develop the thinking skills needed to succeed in AP Calculus — not just in class, but on the AP exam itself.

Most students don’t struggle because they aren’t smart. They struggle because they were never taught how to approach complex, multi-step problems the right way.

My focus is not just getting the right answer — it's building the process that leads to consistent success.

Why I Do It

After years of teaching mathematics at the college level, I saw the same pattern again and again:

I created my program to fix that.

Because when students learn how to think clearly and solve problems step-by-step, everything changes — their confidence, their performance, and their future opportunities.

This isn’t just about passing a test. It’s about giving students the confidence to succeed in high-pressure situations.
